 Taking a balance diet will make somebody to leave long and be healthy. Balance diet contains all six classes of food. Examples are carbohydrate, protein, fat and oil, mineral salt, vitamins and water. Taking all this nutrients will help in building body. Food is substances that are eaten to provide nutritive value for the body. The foods we eat contain various nourishing element. Each nutrient makes a special contribution to the health. 2. Daily brushing of teeth
Brushing your teeth every day help the mouth to remain clean and odorless. One of the ways to be healthy is to brush your teeth both morning and night before going to bed every day.
